When you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or the forms on this website, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address or postcode, details of the service you are enquiring about, and anything else you choose to include in your message.

Information from third parties
If you get in touch through a platform such as Google, Facebook or WhatsApp, we may see the public profile information that platform shares with us. If you pay by card, this is processed by our payment provider — we do not store your full card details.

Data retention
We only keep personal data for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy.
- Enquiries that do not lead to a booking — typically kept for up to 24 months, then deleted
- Customers and contracts — kept for the length of our relationship, then archived
- Financial and accounting records — kept for around six years, in line with UK tax law

Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification
Ask us to correct any information that is inaccurate or incomplete.

Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and if we become aware that we have, we will delete it.
International transfers
Some of the third parties listed above may store or process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on legally recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your data.
