Questions we get before the first job
How quickly will I hear back?
Within 2 working hours on business days for enquiries sent between 7am and 9pm. Anything that lands overnight is answered first thing the next morning.
Will someone need to visit before quoting?
Not for most domestic work — the form gives us enough to price it. For commercial contracts and larger sites we offer a free survey or a quick video walkthrough, usually within 48 hours.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. There is no deposit on residential bookings and you settle after the work is finished. Commercial contracts are invoiced on agreed terms.
Can you supply insurance and compliance paperwork?
Yes. Public liability insurance, site-specific RAMS, COSHH data sheets and our CHAS, BICSc and Constructionline evidence are all available — just say so in your message and they come with the quote.
What if my address is outside your usual area?
Get in touch anyway. For contract and commercial work we travel further than we do for one-off jobs, and we will tell you honestly if it is not practical.
Do you offer emergency or same-day cleaning?
Often, depending on the area and the job. Call rather than email if it is urgent — the phone gets a faster answer than the form.
Would rather just talk it through?
Call and you will get a person who knows the area, not a script. Lines are open 7am to 9pm, seven days a week including bank holidays.
