Is there a minimum contract?
No long tie-in. We work on a rolling schedule with a short notice period, so if the standard slips you are not locked in.
Do you supply consumables?
Yes. Soap, paper, bin liners and washroom consumables can be managed and reordered as part of the contract, billed at cost or included in your monthly figure.
What happens if our regular cleaner is off?
Cover is arranged from our own team so a visit is never missed, and you are told in advance when the regular operative is away.
What paperwork do you provide?
Public liability insurance, a site-specific risk assessment and method statement, COSHH data sheets for every product, and evidence of our CHAS, BICSc and Constructionline accreditations.
